There are 30 LED lights on this 20 foot string. The lights are really neat as they look like they have little bubbles inside them. These will stay lit for 8 hours after the battery is at full charge. When it gets dark outside these lights will automatically turn on by themselves. I love how they look hanging next to my hot tub.
There are 2 buttons on the back. The one you can turn it off if you don't want it to automatically come on. On the listing it says the other button can control which mode you would want it set at between 8 settings, however I only have 2 settings working on mine so it may be a typo. Mine have solid lighting or blinking.
